6th month feeding

How much per day 1 teaspoon fruit, gradually increased to 2 or 3 tablespoons in four feedings 1 teaspoon vegetables, gradually increased to 2 or 3 tablespoons in four feedings 3 to 9 tablespoons cereal in 2 or 3 feedings 6 Month Old Feeding Schedule Wake – 7:30 AM  – BOTTLE Breakfast 8:00 AM  – Serve Oatmeal or Rice Cereal. I prefer oatmeal and mix it with pumped breastmilk. 9:30 AM  – Nap #1 (I do 2 hour wake times at this age) 10:30 AM  – BOTTLE once up from the nap (naps usually range from 30 mins to 1 hour at this age).  12:00 PM  – Lunch – offer a veggie/fruit/meat option 12:30 PM  – Nap #2 1:30 PM  – BOTTLE 3:30 PM  – Nap #3 4:30 PM - BOTTLE 6:00 PM - Dinner- offer a veggie/fruit/meat option 6:30 PM - start bedtime routine with BOTTLE at the beginning 7:30 PM - BED 

6 month sleep

Sample sleep schedule: 6 months 6:30am - up for the day, nursing/bottle 7:30am - breakfast 8:15am - 9:45am -  nap#1 , nurse/bottle upon wake-up 12:00pm - 1:15pm -  nap#2 , nurse/bottle upon wake-up 3:30pm - 4:15pm -  nap#3 , nurse/bottle upon wake-up -- common for this nap to be a 30-45 minute catnap 5:30pm - dinner 6:00pm - bedtime routine, nurse/bottle at the beginning 6:45pm -  bedtime  (baby to be asleep at this time) Babies should be sleeping approximately 11-12 hours at night + 1 nightfeeding is normal at this age (about 7 hours from the bedtime feeding). Maximum about of time baby should be awake: 2.5 hours! Need About 3-3.5 hours in naps is average at this age, and 14.5 hrs/24 hour period. Bedtime: Naps should be ending by 5:00pm with  bedtime happening 2.25-2.75 hours after the last nap ends .  So a bedtime of no later than 7:45pm is age-appropriate.
